Our client is a U.S.-based company specializing in services for the reverse mortgage market.

Position overview

The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving effective delivery within an evolving reverse mortgage market system. This position is responsible for guiding the development team through Agile processes, ensuring smooth execution of sprints, and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Confidently lead, organize and moderate all the Scrum events

• Ensure maintaining all the Scrum artifacts

• Help the team to perform the work effectively and to stay focused

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to review and prioritize features

• Optimization of the collaboration and communication models - within and outside of the team

• Create and communicate all the team KPIs

• Take care of the team velocity and the overall progress

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Scrum and Agile development principles

• Analytical skills and an independent, structured, and target-oriented approach to work

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Great communication skills & moderation skills

• Confidence in guiding, and coaching the team

• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the customer

• Flexibility to occasionally be involved in paid overtime for release support

• Spoken and writing English, experience working with English-speaking customer
