Salesforce QA Lead

Client

Our client is one of the world's largest investment funds, managing hundreds of billions of dollars. The company's business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global market strategies.

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance across Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership in automation and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Test integrations with third-party systems and APIs

• Lead and implement test automation (open-source or scriptless frameworks)

• Document system functionality and testing processes

• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira

• Support UAT and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce QA

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, etc.)

• Experience in both manual and automated testing

• Hands-on experience with testing and defect-tracking tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills
