Senior/Lead QA with French

Project description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead QA Engineer to join an international project within the insurance domain. The role requires strong quality assurance leadership, deep understanding of insurance systems, and fluency in French to work closely with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business and quality goals

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios

• Oversee and support manual and/or automated testing processes

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria

• Analyze and review system specifications and business requirements, with a strong focus on insurance processes

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution

• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices

• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality sign-off

• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders

Tech stack:

• Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray

• Defect Tracking: Jira or similar tools

• Testing Types: Manual testing, API testing, regression testing, UAT

• Automation (nice to have): Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured

• Databases: SQL (basic to intermediate level)

• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid
