Junior Accountant / Accounting Support

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Posting cost invoices and reconciling business travel expenses and corporate credit cards.

• System Management: Ongoing analysis and recording of business transactions in the ENOVA365 system.

• Document Verification: Checking documents for formal and accounting accuracy and overseeing proper document flow.

• Period Closing: Actively participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

• Audit & Control: Supporting internal and external audits and reconciling accounts (vendors, clients, and public-law settlements).

  
  

Our Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in an independent accounting role is welcome OR a very strong motivation and eagerness to learn (we welcome high-potential candidates!).

• Languages: Communicative level of English (essential for daily work in our international environment).

• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of the ENOVA365 system will be a significant advantage.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of tax regulations (CIT, VAT) and the Polish Accounting Act.

• Skills: Excellent self-organization, strong communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
