Junior Accountant / Accounting Support

About Us

DataArt is a global software engineering company that applies a human-centered approach to problem-solving. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Poland and support accounting processes in an international environment while developing professionally under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting cost invoices and reconciling business travel expenses and corporate credit cards

• Ongoing analysis and recording of business transactions in the ENOVA365 system

• Verifying documents for formal and accounting accuracy and overseeing proper document flow

• Participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

• Supporting internal and external audits

• Reconciling accounts (vendors, customers, and public-law settlements)

  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role

• Communicative level of English

• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian – highly desirable

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

• Practical experience with ENOVA365 is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of the Polish Accounting Act and tax regulations (CIT, VAT)

• Independence, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
