SAP Commerce Quality Assurance Engineer

Danfoss is looking for a technically strong SAP Commerce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team to help us deliver our Danfoss B2B webshop without compromising quality. 

 

The Product Store is the Danfoss global high scale webshop which is rolled out in +80 countries, have thousands of daily operational users and is a critical channel in daily order management and product experience. The Product Store is built on SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 and is tightly integrated to our ERP backends for order management, price management and variant configuration. And it is connected to our Product Information Management (PIM)/Digital Asset Management (DAM) setup for product catalogue and product content.  

 

The job is anchored in the Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE), a program within Danfoss focusing on speeding up sales growth via digital tools.  

 

You will become part of a team of dedicated CRM professionals set to further develop, maintain, and support the use of the global CRM platform.  

 

You will be part of a truly global company. The DCE Program is headquartered in Nordborg, Denmark. However, we have a very global set up with many colleagues around the world. If you are the right candidate, you can work from home. 

 

You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions.

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You will work with product and engineering teams to plan and develop testing plans. Candidate needs to be a self-starter and eager to learn new technologies and can consider security implications in their designs. You are highly self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. You have excellent communication skills, can translate technical jargon into business-friendly language to communicate concepts and ideas (and vice versa), and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
