Job Description

Do you have a passion for data and how to generate insights from data? Do you want to become an expert in state-of-the-art BI technology? Then this job could be the right thing for you.

As an Analytics Consultant you will be working with Tableau CRM (previously known as Salesforce Einstein Analytics). The data to be analyzed is CRM data from our Salesforce CRM solution, but also sales relevant data from other data sources (e.g. pricing tools and SAP ERP).

The job is anchored in the Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE), a program within Danfoss focusing on speeding up sales growth via digital tools.

You will become part of a team of dedicated CRM professionals set to further develop, maintain, and support the use of the global CRM platform.
It is not mandatory that you have prior experience with Tableau CRM or Salesforce.com. First and foremost, it is important that you truly believe that data analytics is the most interesting topic to work with, and that you have a natural talent for data crunching.

Job Responsibilities

With report to the manager of the DCE CRM Design team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with business and other DCE stakeholders on designing and building state of the art sales and service dashboards.
  • Together with your direct colleague, the Analytics Architect, ensure that Tableau CRM data models are defined and set up correctly to support business reporting needs.
  • Work on issues, find root causes, fix issues.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor data load jobs.
  • Tool training for new employees when needed.
  • Manage tool permissions.
  • Together with the Salesforce CRM experts, work on integrating Tableau CRM dashboards into the Salesforce CRM UI.

Background & Skills

You properly hold a Bachelor's in Business, Technology, Management or equivalent, combined ideally with proven experience from working with analytics. Knowledge of statistics is an advantage. But with the right background (e.g. mathematics or economics) we would also consider a candidate with a recently finished Bachelor or Master’s degree. We will invest in your development if you are the right candidate.
