ML Technical Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join our AI Division, bringing deep expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision/Agentic AI, and a proven track record in building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will lead a team of ML engineers, shape the company’s AI strategy, and work closely with clients to deliver innovative, high-impact projects.

Key information:

Salary: 

• 30 000 - 34 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract

• 26 000 – 29 500  PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• 10 years of experience in software engineering/research, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning;

• proven track record in Computer Vision or Agentic AI;

• experience designing scalable, production-ready AI architectures;

• can-do and proactive attitude;

• strong communication skills;

• proficient in English language (min. C1);

• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• eager to learn and share knowledge;

• willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

Nice to have:

• German language

• Edge AI deployment and neural networks optimization experience

Technology stack:

• Python, PyTorch, ONNX, Numpy, Pandas/Polars, strong proficiency in AWS/Azure, Pytest, VSCode, DVC, Experiment tracking framework (DVC studio, MLFlow, W&B, or similar)

• familiarity with the Computer Vision ML stack (OpenCV, Torch Vision, TensorRT, Vision Transformers) and Agentic AI stack (Agno, LangChain+LangGraph, Milvus/Qdrant, LlamaIndex), together with multi-modal ML methods.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• conducting AI workshops with customers;

• estimating new projects;

• planning the architecture and implementation for AI projects;

• contributing to the company-wide AI strategy;

• managing a team of up to 10 ML Engineers and Researchers;

• supervising the implementation of the projects;

• participating in the promotional activities of the company;

• participating in knowledge-sharing activities;

• partaking in business development activities;

• planning of new talent acquisition and recruitment.
