Senior QA Engineer (SaaS)

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our client. We're building a self-hosted SaaS platform for highly regulated and air-gapped environments. As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll ensure our product is reliable, reproducible, and battle-tested in the same conditions our customers operate in.

This role is key to ensuring SaaS+ delivers cloud-speed reliability on-premise, by validating every release under real-world constraints before it reaches our customers

Project information:

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work (EU-based)

• Rate: 1100 - 1200 PLN/net/day + VAT (B2B contract)

• Languages: English (B2+ Required)

• Start date: ASAP/ depending on candidate availability

  
  

Project scope:

• Representative environments - Build and maintain testbeds that mirror customer environments (air-gap, restricted networks, specific Kubernetes/OS versions)

• Version validation - Systematically test new platform and content versions across these environments, covering installation, upgrade, rollback, and offline update flows

• Integration with the QA team - Work closely with the wider QA group to raise quality standards across the company, championing reproducibility, automation, and customer-centric testing

• Lifecycle assurance - Validate the full update pipeline (installer, upgrade, content bundles, debug toolkit) to ensure operators can succeed without direct vendor help

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with QA for distributed, container-based platforms (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker)

• Hands-on skills in environment automation (IaC, CI/CD pipelines, reproducible test clusters)

• Familiarity with air-gap or highly regulated deployments is a plus

• A strong focus on automation, reproducibility, and operator experience
