Senior Product Manger

Our Partner is building a next-generation self-hosted security analytics platform for government, defense, finance, and critical infrastructure. This platform is cloud-native but designed to run fully on-premise—even in air-gapped environments.

As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineers and design partners to deliver a secure, reliable, and usable solution for some of the world's most demanding environments.

💰 150-175 PLN per hour

Your missions:

• Lead the entire SaaS+ product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, with a focus on cutting-edge security solutions

• Prioritize product discoveries, aligning customer needs with technical feasibility and company strategy

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape features and refine the roadmap

• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth product delivery

• Facilitate impactful demos and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients

What we're looking for in candidates:

• At least 5 years of product management experience covering both on-prem enterprise deployments and cloud/SaaS products

• Previous work within highly regulated industries (government, defense, finance, critical infrastructure healthcare) is required

• Experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a bonus)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex customer needs into actionable requirements

• Proven track record of collecting and synthesizing user feedback into product improvements

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
