Senior Power BI Developer

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation. The Senior Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role involves transforming complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions. The position requires strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, DAX, and data integration, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments.

The Senior Power BI Developer plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. The role also includes ensuring data accuracy, performance optimization, technical documentation, and supporting system integration and testing activities.

Project information:

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work

• Rate: 180 – 190 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

• Start date: depending on candidate availability

• Language: English (B2)

Project scope:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and calculations.

• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Power Query, and Power Pivot.

• Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.

• Perform system testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting.

• Document technical solutions, data models, and development processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and developers in an Agile environment using Jira.

• Analyze data using Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights.

• Support continuous improvement of BI solutions and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with Power BI

• Advanced SQL skills and Database Management

• Experience creating advanced DAX Queries

• Experience with Agile and Jira

• Experience with POWER Query and POWER Pivot

• Ability to understand/convert Business Requirements (nice to have experience in Logistics/Finance) into Technical Requirements

• System and Integration Testing Knowledge

• Experience Documenting Technical Build

• Data Analysis Skills using Excel

• Languages: Python - nice to have
