Full-time job

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Data Analyst who will guide our analytics function, develop a high‑performing team, and unlock the full value of data across our digital products. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with hands‑on analytical expertise and a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing a team of data analysts, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and enabling teams to reach their full potential.

  • At least 4 years in an analytical role, ideally within digital product environments.

  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced settings and deliver insights that influence business direction.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate analytical outputs.

  • Strong relationship‑building skills, capable of managing expectations, navigating conflicting priorities, and partnering across diverse disciplines.

  • Advanced logical reasoning, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • A strong advocate for data‑driven decision making and the impact of analytics on business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Analytics, and Product Teams to define metric requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and build dashboards and self‑serve tools that support informed decisions.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of analysts, fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment where everyone can excel.

  • Champion a data‑driven culture across the Product Group, promoting experimentation, measurement, and insight‑led development practices.

  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and long‑term impact.

  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration, advocate for the role of data across teams, and shape the organisation’s analytics capabilities and self‑service tools.

  • Ensure data quality and governance by maintaining consistent metric definitions, managing KPI glossaries, and validating tracking accuracy across platforms and tools.

  • Communicate complex findings through clear, engaging data storytelling, tailoring insights for non‑technical and senior stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong documentation practices to support continuity, transparency, and the evolution of front‑end analytics capabilities.

  • Work within agile delivery frameworks, supporting iterative development and continuous refinement of analytics solutions.
