RPA Business Analyst

At Cyclad, we collaborate with top international IT companies to enhance their capabilities in delivering outstanding, cutting-edge technologies that shape the future world. We are seeking a Business Analyst RPA to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation.

Project information:

• Location: Warsaw or Krakow

• Work Setup: Hybrid work (2-3 times/week in the office in one of the locations mentioned above)

• Rate: 150 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

• Language: English (B2+), Polish (C1/C2)

• Start date: depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

• Create process documentation using BPMN standards

• Map processes in AS-IS and TO-BE formats, including identification of exceptions and edge cases

• Prepare clear analytical and functional documentation for automation projects

• Capture and document processes using UiPath Task Capture

• Translate business requirements into detailed bot instructions and functional specifications

• Collaborate with developers, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of process documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the UiPath tool - general understanding of how bots work

• Experience in business process analysis (BPMN)

• Process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), identification of exceptions

• Ability to prepare analytical documentation

• Very good knowledge of UiPath Task Capture

• Ability to translate business requirements into bot instructions

• Very good command of English and Polish
