Technical Writer

We are a provider of digital transformation and technology consulting services with a portfolio of solutions for both clients who do not yet have Salesforce and large organizations that work on Salesforce and use its extensive capabilities ☁.

We also provide body and team leasing services in IT, providing specialists in various fields.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining project documentation in English, following internal company guidelines.

• Working closely with the client and the project team.

• Supporting internal processes and procedures with subject-matter expertise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating functional and technical documentation for IT projects.

• University degree (preferred fields: Technical, English Studies, or equivalent).

• Excellent command of English and Polish (both written and spoken).

• Strong grasp of stylistic principles in English and Polish.

• Proficiency in text and graphic editors.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence is a plus.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Knowledge of modern IT solutions and technologies.

• Self-reliance, business maturity, and excellent self-organization skills.
