We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Requirements Engineer – (SPICE/Automotive) - part-time.
Your duties will include:
Responsible for creating the overall system requirements
Develop and maintain a high-level feature list for the system
Gather and consolidate all stakeholder requirements as the basis for deriving system requirements
Support stakeholders in defining clear, complete, and high-quality requirements
Derive and document system requirements based on stakeholder inputs
Ensure that all relevant stakeholder requirements are fully reflected in the system requirements
Ensure that all system requirements are compliant with Automotive SPICE standards and guidelines
Support the system testing activities by contributing to the definition of test cases that ensure full requirements coverage
Assist the Project Manager (PjM) and Technical Project Lead (TPL) in effort estimation and planning activities
Contribute to proposal and bidding processes from a system engineering perspective
Support reverse engineering activities to analyze existing systems, including identification of functionality, quality attributes, and cost drivers
Requirements that must be met:
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive systems engineering
Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer (also with large requirement sets)
Strong expertise in software and hardware development
Proven experience in successful SPICE-compliant requirements engineering and analysis (Experience in A-SPICE assessments)
Solid understanding of mechanical design principles
Experience in microcontroller-based system development
Good knowledge of cybersecurity standards for E/E systems, e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089, as well as related frameworks such as Automotive SPICE
Good understanding of functional safety standards, especially ISO 26262
Experience with thermal/temperature management concepts
Experience with EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) topics
Ideally certified as a Requirements Engineer (IREB)
Strong knowledge of SysML and UML for system modeling
Basic understanding of communication protocols like Automotive Ethernet, CAN, LIN, WiFi,SPI/JTAG
Experience working in agile development environments
Proactive and communicative personality and ability to work independently
Very good English and Polish
