Product Designer

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join CSHARK and support the Product Design Team of our international client.

Together, we’re developing a large-scale digital platform for the construction sector, built in Germany and used worldwide. You’ll be working in a mature, multidisciplinary team of experienced designers, with the opportunity to apply the latest trends in product design, including AI-driven solutions and sustainability-oriented practices.

Your Daily Missions

• Working in an international team of designers on the development of a B2B project in the construction sector.

• Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs that capture a strong understanding of the target users and their context of use.

• Quickly and iteratively create concepts that capture discussions with a variety of stakeholders.

• Communicating with clients regarding digital product design in English.

• Approach your work with a global mindset, advocate for user-centricity.

• Collaborating with individuals and teams from various departments and countries.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/product designer or similar role.

• Expertise in creating native mobile services and web applications.

• Proficiency in Figma as the key product design and prototyping tool.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and senior executives.

• Experience in developing and maintaining a shared design system.

• Experience in working with and structuring large sets of data.

• Strong UX/UI portfolio.

• Fluent in English.
