Project Overview and Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to embed with the team to finalize existing designs that are currently approximately 70% complete. You will focus on refining investment sourcing, memo generation, and control/steering platform designs while incorporating user feedback and supporting smaller design edits. Key responsibilities include:
Working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences.
Understanding user problems and identifying key opportunities for both the user and the business.
Establishing and maintaining the design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion.
Championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions.
Engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.
Delivering strong hands-on Figma execution.
Technical Requirements
• at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer,
• proficient in Figma and any other prototyping tools,
• a deep understanding of design systems and how you’ve leveraged and
contributed to them,
• conducting user testing, developing design systems, and designing web
experiences for mobile, tablet, and web,
• demonstration of a high-quality bar, maintaining design quality and
accessibility across screen sizes,
• strong Portfolio with solid use cases showing end-to-end processes.
• communication and collaboration skills that enable you to explain the
impact of your work, tradeoffs you’ve made, lessons learned, and design
rationale, and generate alignment and enthusiasm across the company
• ability to embrace ambiguous situations as opportunities to add clarity,
• balance an iterative approach and urgency to solving user pain by ensuring
that short-term improvements ladder up to the long-term vision,
• fluent English,
