IT Project Manager
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to support and coordinate robotics projects at a company building mobile robotic platforms and software tools for ROS & ROS 2. 🤖
You’ll work closely with technical project leads, helping them stay aligned, manage priorities, and keep projects moving forward. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex engineering work and facilitating smooth collaboration, this role could be a great fit.

Your Daily Missions
Coordinate between technical project owners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of priorities, and clear decision-making.
Assist in team allocation: matching engineers to tasks, forecasting workload, and helping resolve resource conflicts.
Monitor progress, flag potential delays early, and ensure teams have what they need to deliver on time.
Support project leads in synchronizing preparations, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining overall project momentum.
Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps for projects of varying complexity.
Oversee budgets and ensure optimal use of engineering resources.
Identify project risks, prepare mitigation plans, and maintain risk visibility across stakeholders.
Lead meetings, demos, and project briefings with clarity and confidence.
Provide transparent and proactive communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize the project management tools we currently use (ClickUp, GitHub Projects) and advocate for improvements or tool changes that you find valuable.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and methodologies across the organization.
The Essentials We're Seeking
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall concepts - with the ability to mix and match their elements to fit any project the best.
Experience working closely with technical leaders and engineering teams.
Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and multi-team dependencies.
Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions between diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluency in Polish (C1) and solid English skills (B2+) for documentation and external communication.
On-site work as a default (Kraków office), with occasional remote days.
Nice to Have
Background in robotics, embedded systems, automation, or related engineering domains.
