Join the team of a company that is pioneering the digitization of industrial processes and have an impact! We are looking for a 2nd line Technical Support person to join a team that provides charging system solutions for electric cars, buses and trucks. The team is committed to the development of zero-emission electric mobility by working on intelligent and efficient solutions.

Customer Support Specialist (2nd line)

Your responsibilities:

Support customers in the E-mobility sector in mainly EMEA countries (Europe, Middle East, Africa) – provide support for the operating of charging stations and networks
Share knowledge and maintain solutions for the local service teams
Take responsibility for problems that have passed through the 1st line of support and need to be resolved
Analyse and troubleshoot
If necessary - pass the case on to the 3rd line of support

Your background:

1-2 years of experience in support positions (energy, telecom, IT & computer hotlines experience preferred)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
You have practical experience with Linux (and Bash is as a nice-to-have)
You can easily communicate in English (B2/C1)
Communication is your strong point and you have no problem explaining difficult issues to others
