We are looking for an outstanding Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative and fast-growing organization. What You’ll Do:

• Engineer Models: Design, implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning models that power our cutting-edge solutions, especially in the area of recommendation engines, on-edge user profile building and image search
• Productionize: Make our ML solutions available at scale, with support from our software reliability team for x10 now and x100 in the feasible future
• Data Integration: Seamlessly and efficiently integrate and preprocess diverse data sources to feed into our machine learning pipelines.
• Algorithm Enhancement: Continuously improve and optimize machine learning algorithms for enhanced performance and accuracy.
• Experimentation: Lead experiments to assess the latest advancements in AI/ML and adapt them to our product needs.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of AI/ML initiatives, aligning technical efforts with business goals and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning development, ideally in a professional setting
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments with a strong grasp of key concepts and algorithms 
• Extensive experience with distributed computing, big data processing, feature engineering, and advanced data-cleaning techniques.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible
• Proficiency in Python for machine learning, data preprocessing, and model implementation
• A degree in computer science, data science, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
• Ability to lead projects from a technical perspective and overarching technical requirements and architecture
