Job description

QA Engineer

📍 Remote | Start: 1 listopada 2025 | Full-time

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and support the quality assurance process for both backend and frontend components of our platform. The role will focus on API testing, CI/CD integration, and ensuring the stability and performance of single-page applications.


Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for APIs and frontend applications.

  • Perform API testing with Postman, generate Newman reports, and validate results.

  • Run and monitor test executions within GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

  • Work with tools such as Swagger and SOAP UI to validate REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  • Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and generating Newman reports.

  • Practical experience running tests and builds in GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with Swagger and SOAP UI.

  • Strong background in testing RESTful APIs and SPA frontends.

  • Ability to call and validate SOAP APIs.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI-based test automation.
