Warsaw |  Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

About the Role

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Developer to join HR Analytics and Systems team in Warsaw at Vice President level. In this role, you will take full ownership of building and shipping AI-powered tools that change the way their HR function works, from the first conversation with stakeholders all the way through to a live, production-ready product.

The team sits within Central Functions and operates where technology meets people strategy. Work closely with HR, IT, and business partners to deliver solutions that are practical, well-engineered, and built to last. The team moves fast, cares about quality, and values people who take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI-powered solutions that solve real HR business problems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

  • Run proof-of-concept projects for new AI use cases, taking them from a rough idea to a working prototype and eventually a production deployment.

  • Work directly with HR stakeholders to turn loosely defined business needs into clear technical plans and working software.

  • Spot and prioritise automation opportunities across HR processes, focusing on the areas where technology can make the biggest difference.

  • Connect AI components to existing HR platforms and systems in a way that is stable, secure, and operationally sound.

  • Build and own APIs that allow AI capabilities to talk to the wider HR technology landscape.

  • Keep up with what is happening in the AI and engineering space by collaborating closely with the Technology team.

  • Support junior developers on the team through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of delivered AI or machine learning solutions built and deployed in a professional environment.

  • Fluency in Python and practical experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • Real-world experience working with large language models and generative AI, covering both prompt engineering and integration into broader systems.

  • Solid knowledge of API design and the ability to connect AI components to enterprise-grade systems in a dependable way.

  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems where models take autonomous actions, use external tools, or run within automated workflows.

  • Comfortable working independently on problems that are technically complex and not fully defined from the start.

  • Able to explain technical concepts in plain language to people without a technical background.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR platform APIs.

  • Some background in HR data, people analytics, or the HR technology space.

  • Experience coaching or supporting junior engineers in a practical AI or software development setting.

  • Exposure to cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.

Recruitment Process

1.  Screening Call (30 min): A short introductory conversation with our recruitment team to discuss your background, motivation, and role expectations.

2. Cultural Fit Interview: A meeting focused on collaboration style, communication approach, and how you operate in an international environment.

3.  Technical Interview: A deeper technical discussion combining system design, backend architecture, and AI-oriented topics, including a hands-on deep dive relevant to the day-to-day work.

4.  Final Interview (45 min): A concluding conversation focused on behavioural aspects, leadership and ownership mindset, and managerial alignment.
