Correct Context is looking for a Program Manager for Comscore in Poland and around.

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT migration projects, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across various projects.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between project teams.
  • Report on program progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.


Scope of work:

  • 9-12 months (possible long-term collaboration after the program)
  • 120 projects
  • 10 products (half to kill, half to migrate)
  • One data center, 450 servers to kill


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing complex programs or multiple related projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in large IT organizations or government sectors.
  • Proven ability to organize project work in a project management system.
  • Ability to work in the PST timezone.
