Hey, we’re looking for an experienced and talented Senior Front-End Developer & Project Lead to join our growing tech team at Commerce-UI. This isn’t just another dev job. You’ll be a key player on a small, senior team, working directly with designers and clients to bring high-end e-commerce experiences to life. From writing elegant code to leading technical decisions and mentoring others - you’ll be at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do

• Build world-class storefronts using React, Remix/Next.js, TypeScript, and Shopify.

• Own technical decisions and drive improvements in code quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate directly with clients, helping shape product direction, discussing trade-offs, and ensuring the best outcomes.

• Balance multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

• Mentor and lead developers by example, promoting a culture of technical excellence and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (preferably Remix or Next.js).

• Strong technical leadership skills - you lead by example and care about scalability, testing, and code quality.

• Excellent communication skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical people.

• Fluent English (our clients are mostly US-based) and at least B2 Polish.

• A sharp eye for design and UX - you value polish, responsiveness, and user-friendly interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with the support of our PM and tech lead team.

• Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
