About your project/work

As an AI Technical Lead at Vazco, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects, blending traditional software development with state-of-the-art AI technologies. You will collaborate closely with skilled AI-UX Designers, QA Specialists, Product Managers, and other like-minded developers to create solutions that leverage AI effectively.

You meet all our criteria if you have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience, including min. 2 years with AI-based projects in production environments.

• Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.

• Proven experience leading AI projects end-to-end — from scoping and estimation to production rollout.

• Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, MongoDB, Postgres) and LLM integrations.

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, validation, and observability.

• Familiarity with textbots, voicebots, image/video generation, avatars, automation systems.

• Solid knowledge of AI models and providers, including cost optimisation and API management.

• Good command of Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

• Strong client communication, ability to define architecture, advise on best practices, and guide the dev team.

• Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Polish (min. B2 level).

• Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, Apollo.

• Background in startup or agency environments.

• Experience with AI security, red teaming, or open-source contributions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Designing, leading, and implementing production-ready, AI-driven solutions, including multi-agent architectures and RAG-based systems.

• Conducting technical discovery and estimation sessions with clients — translating requirements into architecture and implementation plans.

• Advising product and tech teams on AI strategy, tool selection, and long-term scalability.

• Ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and mentoring team members.

• Supporting the adoption of AI-UX and agentic design principles across products.

• Monitoring the performance and resilience of deployed systems to maintain quality over time.
