This isn’t your average customer support role. Every day brings something different; you’ll quickly become an iGaming expert for our brands and products, supporting our players across calls, live chat, and email. From helping with account queries to guiding payment processes, your role will be all about delivering excellent service in every interaction.
Location: St. Julian’s, Malta (Hybrid)
You’re a great match for this role if you:
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
Have previous customer service experience (that’s a bonus!)
What You’ll Be Doing
Support customers via calls, live chat, and email
Handle more complex issues from start to resolution
Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation
Carry out security checks to keep our players and business safe
Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed
