Production Support Consultant (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology with at least two years of experience in similar roles. Critical competencies include a solid grasp of production management methodologies, alongside proficient knowledge in UX, Linux, and PL/SQL development. Fluency in English is preferred, and French proficiency would be an additional asset.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support for production resources in collaboration with the architecture and development departments.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes.

• Analyze and resolve issues through ticketing and other communication channels.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.

• Experience in production management and methodologies.

• Knowledge of UX, Linux, and Microsoft technologies.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL Developer / DBeaver.

• Language skills: English (preferred) and/or French (advantage).

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Focus on continuous improvement and quality standards.

• Familiarity with additional production tools and methodologies.

• Experience in performance monitoring and optimization.
