A leading insurance company is looking to build innovative Cybersecurity tools for internal Engineering teams.

Your role will be key in driving this initiative from product discovery through to delivery and adoption.

Obowiązki

As a Senior Product Owner, you will:

• Lead product vision, roadmap, and backlog management.

• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and security experts to shape product strategy.

• Conduct discovery, user research, and validation sessions.

• Define and prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and impact.

• Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders through clear reporting.

Requirements

Core Skills

• Strong Product Mindset and end-to-end ownership.

• Proven experience in User Research, Discovery & Framing, and User Testing.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity concepts and practices.

• Solid planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• English at B2+ level (daily communication).
