Senior System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join a project for our established UK-based client in the Insurance industry. Given the industry, we are looking for someone who understands the complexities of insurance systems.

This is a high-impact analytical role where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

• Client Location: UK

• Rate: 120–130 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).

• Start Date: ASAP

• Commitment: Full-time, 100% remote

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Translating insurance business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

• System Design: Collaborating with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with the functional design.

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining clear system documentation, data maps, and process flows.

• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a key point of contact between business stakeholders in the UK and technical squads.

• Problem Solving: Analyzing system issues and proposing effective technical improvements within the insurance domain.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven track record as a System Analyst specifically within the Insurance area.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to decompose complex business processes into technical requirements.

• Communication: Excellent English skills (written and verbal) for direct collaboration with the UK client.

• Seniority: Mid+/Senior level experience, capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Availability: Ability to start by early April 2026.
