Senior System Analyst (UML & SharePoint Expert)

Location: Candidate must reside within 2 hours travel time from Warsaw

Rate: Up to 195 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking a high-level System Analyst who combines formal modeling expertise with practical implementation skills. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of IT solutions, transforming business capabilities into rigorous technical specifications using UML and Sparx Enterprise Architect.

This role requires a blend of deep technical analysis, mastery of the SharePoint platform, and the ability to maintain formal documentation standards.

📜 Key Requirements (Must Haves)

• Location Constraint: You must be based within a 2-hour travel radius of Warsaw to allow for on-site collaboration when required.

• Certification (Mandatory): You must hold a Certified UML Professional (OCUP 2) certificate at Intermediate level OR an equivalent internationally recognized credential.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) executed from start to finish.

  • Mastery of SharePoint and its platform-specific tools.

  • Proficiency in Sparx Enterprise Architect for system modeling.

🛠 Technical & Analytical Responsibilities

Analysis & Modeling:

• Analyze business processes, capabilities, and user stories.

• Design software functionality and logical data models.

• Develop system roles, use cases, workflows, and system rules using UML standards.

• Maintain design models throughout the system lifecycle.

Solution Design:

• Identify options for potential solutions and assess technical feasibility.

• Manage non-functional requirements (NFRs).

• Cooperate with UX/UI Specialists to prepare prototypes, forms, and controls.

Documentation & Communication:

• Present and explain complex software designs to Business Experts, Product Owners, and Developers.

• Prepare comprehensive system documentation and user manuals.

• Provide training and presentations to business users.

• Support the QA process, change management, and development teams.

• English: Advanced level (C1/C2) – capable of creating technical documentation and conducting workshops in English.

• Methodologies: Deep knowledge of system development methodologies.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, versatility in adapting to new technologies, and excellent collaboration skills.

• Documentation: Ability to document effectively and rigorously.
