Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary range: B2B - 40-42 E/h + VAT 💰

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for a world-leading professional services organization that specializes in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. Your work will involve developing innovative software products for clients in the consumer sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs using Python

• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic

• Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications

• Collaborate with Front-end engineers, DevOps, DataScientists and product managers to define, design, and ship new features

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack

• Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure high code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

• Actively participate in multiple aspects of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment

• Assist in upholding and enhancing the team's engineering and quality standards, and support team in adopting these

• Engage in the technical interviewing process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web development

• Proficiency in FastAPI or Flask and its core principles

• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs

• Experience with frontend development, like ReactJs or similar frameworks

• Proficient in version control systems, such as Git (Github, Gitlab)

• Understanding of front-end build tools and modern python frameworks

• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in any major cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure

• Upper-intermediate English

Desirable:

• Kubernetes and container orchestration tools

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines(GitHub Workflows) and DevOps practices
