YOUR TASKS

• Managing virtualized environment based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies

• Troubleshooting, maintenance and operational support for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure

• Performing common activities like incident management, service request management and change management

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications:

• Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Delivery Controller, StoreFront, user profile management (UPM, FSLogix), Citrix policies

• Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting

• Experience with Citrix delivery methods: MCS, PVS, Manual provisioning

• Experience with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director

• Knowledge of Citrix WEM

• Strong Windows Desktop skills

• Windows Server management

• Active Directory and GPO management

• Basic networking knowledge

• PowerShell scripting

• Eager to take the initiative, working independently

• Possessing strong technical and communication abilities

Optional Qualifications:

• Experience with Citrix DaaS and cloud/hybrid infrastructure deployments

• Basic knowledge about hypervisors

• Basic knowledge about SQL Databases

• NetScaler load balancing experience
