ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
Introduction & Summary:
The ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will focus on the development and configuration of Human Resources service delivery solutions within ServiceNow. Key skills include extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in designing HR Case Management and HR Services, alongside the ability to optimize user experience and ensure data segregation.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves the setup and customization of various HR service delivery components. Core duties include:
Designing and configuring HR Case Management and HR Services.
Developing custom HR Case templates and Record Producers.
Creating and customizing the Employee Center / Service Portal for HR users.
Configuring HR Service Catalog items and Knowledge Articles.
Developing HR widgets and portal pages.
Ensuring optimal user experience and role-based visibility.
Providing support for incidents on the ServiceNow platform and driving timely resolutions.
Key Requirements:
Must have the following qualifications and skills:
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
Proven expertise in HR Case Management and HR Services.
Strong capability in configuring HR Service Catalog items.
Experience in developing Employee Center / Service Portal functionalities.
Proficiency in ensuring UX optimization and data segregation.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
Preferred additional skills include:
Experience with HR widgets and portal page customizations.
Knowledge of best practices in HR service delivery.
Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules.
