ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant (SAM & ITOM)
Minimum 1–2 years experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
Hands-on experience with system integrations listed above.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing European working hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Execute and implement SAM & ITOM solutions according to scope.
Integrate ServiceNow with multiple systems, including:
Oracle – ensure agents receive correct rights for pattern execution and data retrieval.
Single Sign-On (SSO) – integrate with Microsoft Entra ID to track software usage across applications.
Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
IBM / Red Hat systems.
SAP ABAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
GitHub.
Implement ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector.
(Low priority) Enhance current integrations for Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack to move from Managed File Transfer (MFT) to direct ServiceNow integration.
