    Offer description:
    As an IT Coordinator you will maintain and oversee our Service Desk. The ideal candidate has both the technical knowledge and managerial experience. 

    Duties:

    • Coordinating and improvement of the Service Desk process
    • Team management (managing a team of 3 people, ensuring high standards of service delivery, building motivation and commitment within the team)
    • Leading the license management process
    • Communication with internal clients and external vendors 
    • Overseeing the IT equipment management and inventory process
    • Acting as link between end users and IT Support

    Required skills:

    • Experience as IT coordinator is a must (at least 2 years of experience preferred)
    • Experience in help desk support 
    • Practical knowledge of office 365 (at least intermediate level)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities 
    • Good command of English (both spoken and written)
    • Fluent/native in Polish (both spoken and written) is a must
    • Proactive approach, research, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Current and practical knowledge in the field of IT process management
    • Practical knowledge of the use, capabilities and configuration of Service Desk process support tools
