Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and development of innovative IoT solutions tailored for various industries implementing Industry 4.0 strategies, addressing key challenges and opportunities. 
• Manage and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical architectures, and develop comprehensive solutions. 
• Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans. 
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients' decision-makers and architects, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions. 
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology strategies and roadmap alignment with business objectives. 
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development. 

Additional information  

• This position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with occasional travel to client sites as required. 
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing long-term partnerships with clients across various industries, delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and developing IoT solutions or Integration solutions based on event-driven architecture. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration. 
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, with a strong emphasis on creating robust and scalable solutions. 
• Extensive experience and practical knowledge of IoT technologies, real-time data integration, and streaming. 
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of IoT industry standards and compliance requirements. 
• Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS, with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in a cloud-native environment
• Experience in solution selling and consulting is highly desirable, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required, with additional language proficiency considered a plus. 
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients' decision-makers.
