We are seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our team focused on developing an event-driven hub product. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in automating deployment processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting the implementation of our event-driven hub product. This product aims to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharma industry, positioning our organization as a trusted technology partner. You will be responsible for:
- Manage infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios across multiple systems and technologies
- Prepare argumentations articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions
What you will need:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role
- Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, EKS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with Git version control system and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
- Basic skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Polish and English
