DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our team focused on developing an event-driven hub product. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in automating deployment processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting the implementation of our event-driven hub product. This product aims to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharma industry, positioning our organization as a trusted technology partner. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to transformative projects and help advance healthcare technology, while also playing a significant role in our company's growth strategy. 

You will be responsible for:

• Manage infrastructure 
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines 
• Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery 
• Create and maintain technical documentation 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios across multiple systems and technologies 
• Prepare argumentations articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions 

What you will need:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role 
• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) 
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, EKS) 
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) 
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)  
• Familiarity with Git version control system and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) 
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) 
• Basic skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases 
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture. 
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Proficiency in Polish and English
