Data Science Engineer
You will be responsible for:
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models (with focus on graph algorithms and Graph Neural Networks),
Perform data analysis on large-scale datasets to identify critical patterns, trends, and insights,
Leverage graph analytics to optimize supply chain network,
Translate complex business problems into well-defined data science projects, selecting the right tools, methodologies, and data to deliver effective and scalable solutions,
Code review and identification of areas of improvements,
Collaborate with other roles (managers, data engineers, DevOps, etc.) through the whole life cycle of a project,
Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI integration with other systems,
Work with customer to gather insights and propose AI solutions based on the collected information,
Propose solutions for customers and work with them to finalize the design,
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
What you will need:
5+ years of commercial experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful machine learning solutions
Experience and fluency in Python development ecosystem,
Knowledge of clean code principles will be a bonus,
Experience with creating and finetuning ML models (predictive analytics, deep learning neural networks),
Expertise in using modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, along with libraries like Scikit-learn,
Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and implementation of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) (especially in Supply Chain) is a warmly welcome bonus
Knowledge of distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP),
Good problem-solving and analytical skills,
Attitude to think from customer (business) perspective for problem solving,
Strong communication and presentation skills,
Ability to manage priorities, mentor junior team members, and align implementation with overarching business objectives
Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
