For our client, we’re looking for a Senior UI Designer who will shape and elevate product experiences. You will craft compelling user interfaces, build and maintain robust design systems, and ensure a pixel-perfect, user-centric approach. If you’re passionate about designing for complex SaaS, CRM, and ERP systems and excel at driving stakeholder alignment, this role is for you.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Art/Design.
- 5+ years of experience in interactive design, preferably in a product-focused company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the design and maintenance of complex SaaS, CRM, and ERP systems, including multi-user permissions, intricate user flows, and corner-case handling.
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining a design system.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong visual design skills—expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for seamless developer collaboration.
Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and staying current with design trends.
- Framer proficiency.
- Self-driven with strong interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Ability to convince stakeholders on proposed solutions through effective presentation and negotiation.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in animation/motion design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Apple Motion, Blender).
Responsibilities:
- Design System Management: Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a robust design system to ensure consistency across all products and touchpoints.
- UI Design: Create essential UI elements that reflect brand voice—covering layouts, composition, typography, color schemes, and more.
- High-Fidelity Prototypes: Build interactive prototypes grounded in user-centric principles, iterating based on feedback and usability data.
- Pixel-Perfect Standards: Maintain strict design standards that connect emotionally with users and elevate the overall experience.
- Iterative Improvement: Incorporate user testing and stakeholder feedback to refine designs, ensuring every detail enhances interactivity and visual appeal.
- Complex User Flows: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address corner cases and multi-level user permissions in SaaS, CRM, and ERP environments.
