Product Designer

We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team and work on projects for our client – a leading provider of registration services based in Ireland.

Our client designs, builds, and maintains innovative registration solutions that power the operations of both the public and private sectors in Ireland. Their contributions include systems for business registration and charitable organization registration, which play a crucial role in enhancing national operations.

Your Daily Missions

• Working in an international team of designers on the development of a B2B project in the Industry Manufacturing sector.
• Creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs that capture a strong understanding of the target users and their context of use.
• Leading or co-leading workshops on digital product design.
• Generating ideas based on insights gathered during product workshops and presenting them in the form of low-fidelity wireframes.
• Communicating with clients regarding digital product design in English.
• Building a strategy for design development within the product.
• Conducting user interviews and usability tests.
• Designing product research, analyzing product metrics and conducting product audits.
• Translating business requirements into graphical interfaces (Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi).
• Developing standards and processes for product design in the software development process.
• Developing the design system and designing information architecture.
• Collaborating with individuals and teams from various departments and countries.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Over 5 years of experience in UX within B2B projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Maze, Adobe CC, Hotjar, and Jira.
• Expertise in creating native mobile services and web applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and creativity.
• Ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and senior executives.
• Ability to excel in both independent and team work.
• Experience in working with and structuring large sets of data.
• Strong communication skills and openness to daily collaboration with clients.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) as we work in an international team.
• Strong UX portfolio.
