Project Manager (Cybersecurity-CRA)

Our expectations:

• Experience in managing projects aimed at ensuring product compliance with EU cybersecurity regulations (CRA, NIS2).

• Knowledge of key EU cybersecurity regulations, especially the Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 Directive, as well as other applicable legal frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity for products, including those containing digital elements.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices: ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443.

• Ability to perform regulatory gap analysis and translate legal requirements into actionable technical and operational tasks.

• Understanding of security architecture, network security, endpoint security, and secure product lifecycle management.

• Proven experience in preparing organizations and products to meet EU cybersecurity compliance requirements.

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA+.

• Certified project management skills (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile).

• Proactive, practical mindset with strategic thinking abilities.

• Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and regulatory topics.

• Open personality and well-developed interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is preferred.

Key tasks:

• oordinate organizational readiness for compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 Directive.

• Analyze and interpret legal and regulatory requirements, providing subject matter expertise to support implementation.

• Plan and execute projects focused on achieving product compliance with EU cybersecurity regulations.

• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and develop mitigation and action plans.

• Collaborate with technical, legal, and business teams to integrate security requirements into product lifecycle processes.

• Develop internal cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and templates (e.g. blueprints).
