Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist

This position is part of IT Operations, responsible for delivering and maintaining a high-quality IT environment across the organization. We provide systems, platforms, and support that enable our projects, processes, and daily work to run smoothly and efficiently.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems, including configuration, integration, and development.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory), including configuration, integration, and system development.

• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations or optimizations.

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and related challenges within ERP environments.

• Ability to follow and apply latest ERP trends and system updates to maximize system efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Openness to different perspectives and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in English (min. B2)

• Hybrid work 1-2 days per month (Warsaw).

  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR & payroll systems (e.g. enova365, ADP).

• Experience with CPM-class solutions (e.g. Cognos, Tagetik).

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

  
  

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for ERP systems, responsible for in-depth technical analysis and implementation strategy.

• Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams (e.g. Finance, Accounting) to identify, design, and deliver optimal ERP solutions.

• Analyze existing systems and prepare recommendations to improve performance, scalability, and functionality.

• Lead or support ERP implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements.

• Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen the technical capabilities of the team.

• Continuously monitor industry best practices, trends, and updates related to ERP systems.
