Microsoft Project Online Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and versatile MS Project Online Integration Consultant to support our U.S.-based client.

In this role, you will take a part in designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions for MS Project Online, ensuring seamless data flow and high-performance environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to define integration requirements for MS Project Online.

• Design, build, and deploy tailored integration solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Configure MS Project Online and establish robust connections with external systems while maintaining strict data integrity.

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with functional requirements.

• Deliver hands-on technical support and training to end users to drive smooth adoption of integration solutions.

• Continuously monitor existing integrations, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.

• Cooperate with engineering teams and stakeholders to propose enhancements and discover new integration opportunities.

• Stay current with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices, applying them where valuable.

• Uphold high security and privacy standards throughout the entire integration lifecycle.

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in system integration projects, particularly involving MS Project Online.

• Deep knowledge of MS Project Online functionalities, configuration options, and integration mechanisms.

• Proficiency in integration-related programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).

• Solid understanding of APIs, web services, ETL tools, and modern integration architectures.

• Strong analytical skills, enabling clear translation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with U.S. clients and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality results within deadlines.

• Relevant certifications in system integrations or MS Project are a plus.

• English language proficiency at C1 or higher (100% of communication in English).
