Integration Lead with Node.js

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to drive the development of scalable, cloud-based integration solutions built on Node.js, AWS, and Event-Driven Architectures. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership, helping teams build reliable, high-performance systems that process large volumes of data and integrate seamlessly with internal and external platforms.

Our expectations

• 10+ years of software development experience, including strong expertise in Node.js, AWS, and Event-Driven Architectures.

• Technical leadership in integrations and event-driven architecture.

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, integration patterns, and asynchronous communication.

• Experience with High-Volume data processing, specifically handling high volumes and dealing with third-party providers with quotas/limitations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

• Experience in leading development teams, providing technical guidance, and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Welcome Skills

• Adoption of AI / LLM coding tools throughout the SDLC.

• Experience integrating / embedding AI into products.

Key tasks

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of integration solutions based on Node.js, AWS, and Event-Driven Architectures.

• Define architecture standards, integration best practices, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

• Mentor and support development teams while providing technical leadership across integration initiatives.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and reliable solutions.

• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements for high-volume integrations and data processing platforms.
