Senior Cloud Engineer (AI Azure Cloud)

Want to work on infrastructure that powers real enterprise AI systems instead of just maintaining environments? Join us and help shape one of the first enterprise-scale MCP Graph Broker implementations in Poland.

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development,

• Design and maintain cloud environments on Microsoft Azure that serve as the experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker – one of the first implementations of its kind for enterprise AI in Poland,

• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms, ensuring that research on the Orchestration Layer translates into architecturally sound, scalable solutions,

• Prepare production-grade environments for enterprise-scale adoption – from controlled lab conditions through to infrastructure serving 500,000+ daily users across banking, retail, and public sector.

Apply if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead role in cloud solutions architecture,

• A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management,

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools,

• Experience in building application frameworks,

• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,

• A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends,

• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications,

• Practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and analytics tools,

• Hands-on experience with multi-tenant environment configuration: namespace isolation, resource quotas, secrets management, network policies (NetworkPolicy),

• Experience with load balancing and high availability (HA) mechanisms,

• Experience with testing and stabilizing API interfaces under high load – including integrations with external AI services (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude API),

• Ability to configure action repositories and manage data flow in AI agent-based architectures,

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and integration of AI services with network infrastructure (rate limiting, routing, token monitoring),

• Knowledge of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol or AI agent systems at a level enabling configuration of environments for context brokers and domain connectors,

• Strong communication skills,

• An eye for detail,

• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,

• Ability to work from Białystok or surrounding areas; hybrid work model required (at least 3 days in the office + max 2 days remote per week),

• Higher technical education (computer science or related field).

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) in the role of connector or MCP integration developer,

• Expertise and experience in implementing complex authentication flows using IdentityServer, OIDC, OpenIddict,

• Experience with multi-agent systems at enterprise scale,

• Experience in analysis and preparation of large datasets (ETL/ELT): cleaning, transformation, quality validation,

• Azure certifications: AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or equivalent,

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for enterprise cloud environments in the context of AI: AI Act, ISO 27001, GDPR – in particular aspects related to employee data processing.

• Salary of PLN 20,000–25,000 per month (net B2B) or employment contract (gross), 12-month contract with the possibility of extension,
