Junior IT Support Engineer
⚙️ Responsibilities
1st/2nd line support for Power Platform tools
Troubleshooting apps, workflows and basic integrations
Supporting users and technical teams
Helping with simple automations and low-code solutions
Documenting issues and fixes
✅ Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT support, QA, SaaS or similar role
Basic knowledge of Power Platform / Power BI
Basic understanding of SQL
Basic knowledge of C# or Python
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts
