IT Analyst with English
The position is fully remote or hybrid with 5 days per month in Poznań if you prefer. The first day is on-site, as I’d like to hand over the equipment and introduce you to the team. ;)
The onboarding for new employees takes place on July 1st, and this is the only possible start date. Therefore, we are looking only for candidates who are available to start at that time. :)
Recruitment process:
Short screening call with the recruiter
AI-based language assessment
Soft-skills and technical interview with the client, followed by a final decision
Daily work consists mainly of:
Taking customer calls – approximately 70% of the workload
Back-office tasks (emails, chat, backlog management) – approximately 30% of the workload
Agents work in a service desk environment where, during phone interactions with customers, they perform a range of technical support activities. They are also responsible for documenting and reporting completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures, as well as quality standards.

Requirements:
You speak English fluently (B2/C1)
You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
You have outstanding communication skills and costumer focused mind-set
You have MS Office skills
You have first experience in IT customer service
Since our team provides support 24/7, we are looking for candidates who are flexible and comfortable working across different shifts
