Job Description

Product & Service consulting:

• Understanding the Internal Customer's requirements, matching them with our services;
• Answering on operational requirements such as resource, technical and financial matters;
• Supporting in optimizations;
• Supporting in complaints, escalations and assessing customer's satisfaction
• Gathering regular feedback from the Internal Customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Administration
• Experience in IT Project Management
• Motivation to understand technical correlations of SAP Platform Operations;
• Customer oriented, structured and proactive way of working;
• Openness to new topics and willingness to deal with new issues;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Science or comparable subject area;
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (beneficial).
