You live at the intersection of technical execution and human coordination. You know enough about how software gets built to spot problems early — and enough about people to know how to fix them.
The role: three names, one real job
We're being transparent: we don't know exactly what to call this role yet, because it depends on who you are. We're looking for someone who sits between a project manager and an engineering lead: someone who owns delivery quality, team health, and technical direction without being purely one or the other.
Below are three framings. The right one depends on your background. All three are the same opening.
Framing A: Delivery Lead
You come from a PM or delivery background and have grown into deep technical fluency.
You've run dev teams and understand the code well enough to have credible technical conversations
You structure delivery, remove blockers, and keep quality high — without micromanaging
You think in systems: dependencies, risks, team capacity, client expectations
You're comfortable telling a client their idea needs more time, and comfortable telling the team why
You've used AI tools in delivery workflows and want to go further
Framing B: Engineering Manager
You come from a technical background and have stepped into team and delivery ownership.
You've moved from writing code to owning the team that writes code
You manage engineering delivery end-to-end: backlog, architecture decisions, process, quality
You do 1:1s, feedback conversations, and performance support — without losing sight of the product
You understand the business context well enough to translate it into technical priorities
You treat AI tooling as an engineering question, not a strategy slide
Framing C: Technical Delivery Manager
You're genuinely half-and-half — not a full PM, not a full EM, and that's the point.
You hold technical credibility and stakeholder trust simultaneously
You can review a PR and run a discovery workshop in the same week
You know when to escalate a technical decision and when to make the call yourself
You build team culture intentionally — psychological safety isn't a buzzword to you
You've worked in a product studio, consultancy, or agency before and know how client work differs from internal
What we're looking for — regardless of framing
3+ years of experience in a technical delivery, dev management, or similar hybrid role
Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Practical experience with Agile delivery — not just the theory
Hands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace
Ownership mindset — you define problems before someone asks you to
Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
Available for Gliwice office once a week
Nice to have:
Experience in a software consultancy or digital product studio
Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams
